1.所有食材洗净备用

2.去掉鱼头和鱼骨

3.把鱼肉斜刀片成连刀片,用清水冲洗干净血水

4.鱼肉放入一个鸡蛋清,一勺淀粉,3勺料酒,适量胡椒粉拌匀腌制10分钟左右

5.剩下的食材全部切好
